My Rye'd Or Die

This beer was brewed in celebration of our Head Brewer getting hitched. Him and his soon-to-be wife worked on this recipe together with the goal of having a low alcohol drink but high in flavor. "My Rye'd or Die" is a West Coast Pale Ale with wheat and rye making up the majority of the grain bill. For 5.5% ABV this beer packs a punch in hop aroma and flavors (not bitterness) due to IPA quantities of Simcoe and Mosaic hops. The subtle spice of the rye malt pairs perfectly with the tangerine and pineapple notes of the hops creating a more complex drinking experience.
