Delicious, easy drinking, medium cider that actually tastes of apples. Bittersweet flavours of apple skin, then caramel and a herby note. Soft tannins and a pleasing green apple tang to the finish. A blend of Dabinett (bittersweet), Ellis Bitters (medium bittersweet) and Brown’s Apple (sharp). Dabinett has good acidity and plentiful but soft tannins and gives ciders their caramel/ butterscotch tastes. Ellis and Brown’s are sharper apples. They give cider structure, a clean taste and long length.
