A delicate, earthy, and aromatic Field Saison brewed with rustic malt, aged hop flowers, and a touch of foraged flora from our brewery surroundings.We explored and foraged from the fruitful terrain in our backyard along the riverbanks of La Rivière Seine. We added a touch of pineapple weed, spruce tips, and aged hops to the mash to add a subtle complexity that pairs beautifully with the esters and phenols produced during fermentation using our expressive Belgian Saison yeast.
