Internal Energy

In October Steve made a trip down to Delaware for the Brewers Retreat hosted by @craftbeerbrew and @dogfishhead to brew some beers with some great people. During the retreat he had the opportunity to work with an incredible spice company called @burlapandbarrel and explore their diverse collection of spices. From the experience, he selected two standout ingredients for this brew. Internal Energy Spiced Red Ale (Five Point Six Percent) with Hand selected Chinook from @indiehops, Wild Timur Pepper and Cured Sumac. The Timur Pepper adds vibrant notes of Grapefruit and Citrus while the Sumac brings a refreshing Lemony, Citrus twist. Together with the Chinook from @indiehops, this brew showcases a harmonious blend of Citrus, Malt and Spice
