We're thrilled to introduce our latest creation featuring Estate-grown Cascade hops from Segal Ranch in WA. In crafting this Cold IPA, we whirpooled it with Centennial Salvo and dry-hopped it with Mosaic and an ample dose of Segal's Cascade hops. The result is a beer that offers subtle pine notes, robust citrus flavors (think ripe navel oranges and candied lime zest), and a delightful hint of blueberry jam. It's a reunion with Cascade hops that reminds us of their incredible potential.
