CLEAR CUT. We introduced the batch to Bourbon Barrels for 14 months, after which it was transferred into Cognac Barrels & double barrel-aged for another 12 months. The result is a cascade of sweet, dark fruit melded with soft vanilla, earthen oak, raisins, caramel, and flashes of milk chocolate.
