The More You Grow (HBC 522)

Описание

Back on the R&D trail with the next release in our “The More You Grow” series. This one features HBC 522, an experimental hop we picked up through the FWD Program from Yakima Chief Hops and Yakima Chief Ranches.Originally bred as a potential Centennial replacement, HBC 522 has shifted into new territory over the years. It leans a little Cascade now, offering citrus oils, herbaceous edges, and a zesty structure that plays well in a hazy. We paired it with Citra over a pilsner malt base to give the hop room to do its thing. Look for tangerine peel, fresh pine, soft florals, and a little something we can’t quite name but keep going back for.
