Just like our boy Tommy DeVito in Goodfellas, this beer is an Italian Pilsner but with big American moxie! The malt base is full of American and Italian Pilsner malt and a touch of Carafoam for that clean, snappy Pilsner malt character with a little extra body and earthiness. We then kept it noble with the hop character in the boil and then to top it off we dry hopped it with a fun combo of Huell Melon and Herbsucker.
