Of the Farm: Nectarine

Nectarines are sort of the forgotten fruit when compared to the popular peach. The two fruits are related though, and Nectarines can be just as juicy and delicious as their cousin. So when our friends at Weaver's Orchard, the source of ingredients for our "Of the Farm" series of Ciders, offered a whole lot of Nectarines, we jumped at the chance! This is a juicy one, and with over a pound of fruit per gallon, it does not disappoint. Raise a glass to the Nectarines!
