This spontaneously fermented bier is nearly 3 & 1/2 years old. This is the direct result of blending 3 separate batches together over the course of the past 3 years. Each one sat overnight in our copper koelship and was then moved into red wine barrels for aging. For additional terroir, we added 200lbs of local Montana flathead cherries from Getman's Orchards and then it condition for 24 months on the fruit. Brewed with all local grain from Gallatin Valley Malt and fermented by the Bozeman air. This beer is 100% Montana.
