Our double dry-hopped West Coast DIPA, “Déjà Vu,” is a classic favorite. Now, we present “Déjà Vu (Dark Mode),” a black version brewed with roasted wheat malt for a stout-like body with chocolate, coffee, and caramel notes. Generous Citra, Centennial, and Simcoe hops add citrus, tropical fruit, and pine aromas. Dry-hopped with Citra Lupomax, Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe Cryo, it delivers juicy citrus, ripe mango, floral lemon, pine, berry, and subtle spice for a complex, layered profile.
