Au nez, on retrouve évidemment une belle présence de lime, accompagnée par de douces notes de céréales. En bouche, la bière est très mince, bien gazéifiée. Au goût, on détecte initialement l'agrume puis de plus subtiles arômes de pain, de biscuit, et finalement floraux et herbacés des houblons. La gorgée finit très mince, avec une amertume résiduelle persistante et rafraîchissante.- - - - -On the nose, we obviously find a nice presence of lime, accompanied by sweet notes of cereal. In the mouth, the beer is very thin, well carbonated. On the palate, we initially detect citrus then more subtle aromas of bread, biscuit, and finally floral and herbaceous hops. The sip finishes very thin, with a lingering and refreshing residual bitterness.
