For this birthday TIPA we pushed our house hazy yeast from Mogwai to the limit and built on what you loved about our recent dipa, foil hat society.we hit it with a massive dry hop of strata (t90 & cgx), peacharine, and nelson, creating a ripe, complex character of stone fruit, citrus, and floral notes. the result is a thick, hazy beer with a lush mouthfeel that’s everything you want in a triple ipa
