Each spring we drive to our dear friend Allen Miller's maple farm and bring home fresh sap to brew with in place of water. This Bock style beer is brewed only with maple sap, no water. Expect flavors of buckwheat pancake, malty spice with soft woody tannins in finish. Pairs great with the Lara bowl.
