Made exclusively for our 2020 Moksa Advocators, this Imperial Stout takes coconut beers to another level. This beer started as an Imperial Stout with Meadowfoam Honey that was aged in Larceny 10 year old Wheat Whiskey barrels for 14 months. Post barrel we then treated the beer with over one pound per GALLON of raw coconut and .5 lbs per bbl of vanilla. Big notes of whiskey are balanced out by the creamy coconut/vanilla combo. It reminds us of that coconut caramel girl scout cookie.
