This beer is brewed since centuries in the Vieux Chateau de Commanster. Its current receipt has been elaborated after the fire and rebuilding of the castle in 1741. It is still the only place where you can get and drink the Cervoise, exclusively on tap. In the atmosphere of the old castle, its open fires, its original wood works and the friendly welcome of the locals, you are in best conditions to taste it and feel back in the 18th century. The beer is quite equilibrated between bitter and caramelised flavors and shows a deep brown color. Some hints of spices and chocolate make this beer ideal for all seasons.
