School's Out

Описание

We love learning about new ingredients and processes. Here we have trialled a brand new hop product for us, ABSTRAX QUANTUM BRITE. It's a cutting edge hop extract that allows us to get even more hoppy goodness into our beers. Here we added their GXY(Galaxy) derived extract to a 4% super juicy little pale ale that had already been given our usual dry hop treatment with a blend of El Dorado and Citra. We are so happy with the result, possibly the juiciest little pale ale we've ever made! Every day's a school day!
