Troika V2 - Celebration of Mosaic

Описание

Google Troika and you’ll see 3 horses pulling a sleigh or a wagon! We have selected 3 hops to showcase and used 3 different products of these hops to really harness some big flavours into these beers. Troika is all about 3’s. In Troika V2 we focus on Mosaic! Using Cryo Mosaic, Mosaic Spectrum and Mosaic T90 we have harnessed everything this hop embodies, Blueberry, tropical fruits, citrus and a dank pine flavour! A smattering of Cryopop in the active fermentation really ties this beer together! Can you hold the reins on this stallion??
