Apricot Sour (Belgian Tripel Fruit Sour)

A truly unique hybrid style of beer. This beer is firstly Kettle-Soured, then fermented with a Belgian yeast strain. Light golden in colour, with sweet apricot and cardamom present in the aroma. A slightly viscous texture on the mid palate, with a dry finish and refreshing acidity.
