Fuzz Runner

Fuzz Runner is a rum runner inspired concoction. With one of our smaller tanks open for something creative, the Brewers designed a beer using a Bavarian Kristall Weissbier base that we fermented with key limes and "filtered" through .5 lbs per gallon of raw coconut. It's incredibly delicious with notes of banana and a hint of clove from the expressive Bavarian yeast, as well as noticeable, but not overpowering, flavors of creamy coconut and key lime.
