Lost In Leith - Bourbon Sour Red

This Sour Red Ale was aged in one of our Fermentaria Foeders for 10 months, then refermented with dried currants in Bourbon barrels. The result is a deeply sour, complex beer with cherries, plums, vanilla and oak notes.
