Guinness Golden Series #3

Fermented using an East Coast Aleyeast rather than Guinness yeast. Esters are distinctly lower than Golden Series #2, putting more emphasis on the hops and malt. Mosaic, El Dorado and Amarillo hops provide a nice lemon and apricot aroma. The Vienna malt gives it a slightlysweet, biscuit like finish and flaked oats add to the body.
