This Coffee Stout begins with a grain bill that focuses on highlighting Mostra Ghost Bear coffee. We aged the base in a Knob Creek Rye store pick barrel for 18 months and then conditioned on marshmallows. The result is creamy vanilla, caramel, chocolate covered espresso beans, and spiced oak.
