Lemon Blossom and Orange Blossom Honey with Tangerines and Kumquats. Our good friends at Duck Foot Brewing Company had a plethora of kumquats overflowing from their backyard trees this spring, and they know we're suckers for citrus with funny names. They brought them over to see what kind of mead magic we could make with them. The result is a bright and aromatic mead perfect for that endless summer life. / Aroma: sweet citrus, tangerine peel, white flowers, Meyer lemon / Taste: Bright and citrusy with a burst of acidity that balances the honey
