Brettanomyces IPA brewed with Hawaiian pineapples... Generously hopped with falconer's flight hops, and fermented with brettanomyces and Hawaiian pineapples, this beer displays a strong hop characteristic of bitter citrus fruit and spice that is balanced by a touch of sweetness from the pineapple and a little bit of funk from the Brett.
