Queen’s Pearle is a mingling of petite pearl grapes and our Carolinian honey base. Using grapes and mead makes this a great example of pyment. We age this blend in French oak wine barrels for up to 12 months allowing the acid and tannins to come together for a perfect infusion. This bodied, cassis and prune forward drink is perfect for a cold winters night
