Our beer is sour thanks to a our beloved Philly sour yeast. We added lychee and passion fruit puree to the beer and let the yeast continue to do their good job... the result is a refreshing, fruity and highly aromatic beer.the name is a tribute to our friends' recently deceased dog Vito.
