Cheater Hops #8: Nelson-Azacca-Simcoe

Cheater hops #8 starts with a base of rye, oats and barley. It is then double dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin for white whine, and gooseberry characteristics, Azacca for tropical notes of mango and pineapple, and Simcoe for a touch of pine to round out the fruit flavors. There is also a vanilla sweetness from our house ale yeast.
