Saison Series #1

Описание

As part of our ongoing commitment to learn, grow, and expand our balance, we’ve enjoyed experimenting with diastatic yeast lately, and are excited to introduce the first release of our Saison Series.Just in time for the holidays, we treated this classic saison with an addition of raspberry and cranberry. Bottle conditioned, it has a nice effervescence and beautiful aromatics, with notes of lemon, white pepper, a bit of clove, and a slash of fruit. The flavour profile is both fruity and spicy with a dry finish. Overall, this saison is crisp and flavourful, with just enough of a rustic edge to drink as a true farmhouse ale. Perfect for cold snowy December days and celebrations alike.
