Pale Sour Ale Aged in Gin Barrels and Dry HoppedBottle Release 7/20/24 - $16Aging in three gin barrels imparted this pale sour with notes of pine and citrus from the previous resident. We decided to enhance that impression with a late dose of Cryo® hops less than a week before bottling.
