Hole In the Hull Grisette

Less defined than its cousin the saison, a grisette style can generally be described in the following terms: low-ABV, brewed with malted wheat, Belgian/French. We were really excited to dive into this style and the resulting brew is our Hole in the Hull Grisette. Brewed with wheat, oatmeal, and the new Fermentis BE-134 yeast, this beer exhibits peppery flavors, a light wheat sweetness, banana and pineapple esters, and lots of yeast character.
