The top fermented ale was made with the double mashing technique. We have used the best ingredients from England in terms of pale, biscuit, aromatic and dark crystal malts. In addition, we have used noble hops and an English ale yeast strain.After fermentation we let the beer mature for 18 months in ex-rye bourbon whiskey barrels to add even more layers of complexity.Recommended drinking temperature is 13-16°C.Released to celebrate our 5 year anniversary.Be ready for a beer extravaganza!
