This cider is part of our ongoing experimentation in matching our true cider apples with other fruits and herbs that we grow.A soft, zingy summer cider infused with the (painstakingly) hand-peeled zest of lemons grown in our own tiny citrus grove.This is an off-dry, easy drinking cider full of aromatic thyme, pine resin and citrus.Gluten free and vegan friendly.
