A new style for the Mill Street team from our new Head Brewer, Matt Chevrier. The Hopfenweisse style is known for its nice malt base, similar to a Hefeweizen and a generous addition of hops. Giving flavours of banana, clove, from the yeast and big passionfruit notes from the wild turkey hops. This beer is both thick and tough, or to us “Tic-N-Tuff”.
