Light, refreshing, and quaffable. These are the characteristics that ties our Ethereal series together. It's been a minute since we've made a beer with 100% Czech Saaz, arguably the queen of the noble hops with its spicy, floral, and herbal qualities. For malt, it was a no brainer to use 100% @hogarthmalt floor malted barley. A combination of Pilsner and Vienna adds a dash of malt character and perceived sweetness in the finished beer. Crisp, spicy, and noble exactly what you expect in this style.
