Bonbon Mandarin / Licorice

Imperial version of sour&sweet IPA. We added natural juice of sweet mandarin and licorice, which gave the beer the aroma of ripe citrus and subtle anise notes. The taste is dominated by sweetness with bitterness in the finish.
