When British brewers were brewing classic ale in the 18th century, Belgian brewers were working on a beer recipe with the addition of cherries. Drawing inspiration from these two traditions, Książęce created a new style of beer with a full malt flavor and a juicy aroma of dry cherries - this is how Cherry Ale was created.
