The flavor embraces layers of new complexity with sour pear and pineapple notes on top of a subtle caramel richness as the beer becomes ever more wine-like. The Guardian in the name refers to Old Li, a cherished friend who used to cast his watchful eye over the old alleyways that surround our No. 6 location.
