Born out of the second runnings from our Red Echo wheat wine and aged in seasoned brewery barrels until August of 2016 when we transferred the beer to a Wyoming Whiskey cask we named Pikachu and added ripe blackberries from Happy Harvest Farms. Bottle conditioned with Oregon Honey for our friends at Beer Baron.
