Splash - Grapefruit Sour

SPLASH is brewed in the Berliner Weiss, with a Canadian twist. This sour style historically comes from the city of Berlin, Germany. For this batch, we added Ruby Red Grapefruit, which balances some of the sour notes with a slight citrus sweetness. Cheers!
