This is our take on a historic style farmhouse beer from the south of Belgium that uses 80% Organic Pilsen malt and 20% malted rye malt and hopped with a generous portion of continental hops. We primary fermented with our house yeast/Brett blend and secondary for months with additional Brett and lactic acid bacteria. Spice from the rye and funky fruit from the Brett, this complex beer makes you wanna get up and dance! Salut
