American Stout high in bitterness with strong roastiness and lots of charred oak flavours. Medium-Low body.Brewer’s note: this is the first of a series of beers where we impart charred oak flavours to a beer without the need for bourbon barrels.This is a very versatile food-pairing-beer. Pairs well with fried or greasy food - cuts through the grease leaving you yearning for more. Also pairs well with rich meats, roasted meats and barbecue. Oysters and salty food works too.
