We combined an old school hop, Centennial, with the newer kid on the block, Idaho 7, along with local honey from Ebert's Honey Co. out of Lynnville, IA. This beer is hoppy, bitter, slightly malty with notes of grapefruit and some peach. This IPA clocks in at the responsible ABV of 7.3%
