We took our hazy oaty pale ale in a brighter direction for the summer. We hopped with Mandarina Bavaria (a German hop with a bright fresh orange aroma) and Simcoe (for mango and pine). Slightly drier than we typically aim for to make it more drinkable and refreshing.
