SPLITTING PEARSDDH Fruit IPA – 6,8%It’s always a popsicle kind of day!Splitting Pears is our collab with Swedish beer and tattoo loonies Crooked Moon.We conditioned a hazy IPA base on a whopping 275 g. / L of pear and lemon purée and concentrate, dry hopped with a healthy dose of El Dorado, and finished with vanilla and sea salt. It’s reminiscent of Päronsplitt – an iconic Swedish ice lolly.We taste pear, stonefruit, and vanilla.
