Brave Noise (Mixed Culture Pale Ale)

Our mixed culture variant of the @bravenoisebeer recipe was brewed with a blend of Brett Anomala and one of our house cultures using Murmuration Pilsner malt, white wheat, flaked oats and honey malt. Bright, tropical fruit from the Mosaic and Sabro hops lead into a fluffy, full body and dry crisp finish loaded with ripe mango and pineapple.
