Saison DuPort is made with all organic malts. The beer was co-fermented with lactobacillus and traditional Saison yeast. Conditioned on house-made preserved lemons giving the beer the pithy intense flavour of lemon rind, bright citrus flavour and salinity. Gentle spice aromatics make this beer truly bright and unique.
