Everyone these days seems to be throwing everything they can into their beers: Breakfast cereals, cakes, marshmallows... We decided to kick it old school weird and throw our favorite bivalve into the stout, oysters. We used a dry oatmeal stout base and 50kgs invasive Mediterranean oysters to bring you this delicious low tide. Don't expect it to taste like oyster, instead expect a slightly mineral finish, and a creamy palate from the meat.
