A celebration lager with a hefty amount of Petit Blanc hops for a modern twist to the traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest Festbier. Medium-bodied, with a nice maltiness, thanks to the mix of Pilsner and Munich malts. We added Petit Blanc hops during the late boil, a nearly lost French hop variety to contribute with its smooth lingering bitterness and agreeable aromas of papaya, melon, and lime to the beer. A unique combination for a unique celebration best enjoyed wearing your lederhosen.
