Idaho 7, wheat and Oats make up this one - pale ale, pronounced bitterness balanced out by the residual sweetness of these two wonderful grains - grassy whispers but not too far in that direction. Idaho 7 is an interesting one for us - put into kegs on 15.01 - on offer in February - cheers!
